Walking in the City is a real time moblog in which I contribute a series of log entries describing acoustic events and phenomena that I selectively audit in an urban environment (or elsewhere). The project is a "log" as understood in radio and film/video production, where all sounds that have been recorded are transcribed and described as part of a script. Voices, specific sounds, and ambient sound can all be included as log entries. Over time, the log becomes an accumulation of interior and exterior sounds that I isolate, audit, and somehow examine through the act of writing.

He continues to realize Walking in the City, a net art project first commissioned by the Miami-based music festival Subtropics.
