Web and Program Advertisement

PIPS maintains an internationally well-known website, currently averaging over 100 visitors per day. It is also linked to several high visibility sites both locally and internationally. Sponsors who donate at least $65 will have their business banner on our Provflux sponsoship page, which will also serve as an active link to the sponsor’s own website (if applicable).

In addition, Provflux 2006 programs will be available to the public at our Event Hubs, and will be the primary guide for navigating the weeks activities. The program will feature all happenings, plus a map of event locations and full schedule. It will also include a listing of our sponsors who donate according to the donation amount below:

Provflux Hub Advertisement

There will be several informational hubs for Provflux, one located at The Steel Yard (27 Sims Ave, next to Eagle Square). Sponsorship banners will be prominently displayed at each hub. Sponsors who donate at this level will also have their logo on the PIPS website (pipsworks.com). Pricing is as follows:

Super Sponsors

Individuals or groups who donate $500 or above will receive: top billing in all web and print materials (including hub advertisement), mention in all public Provflux promotions, verbal ackowlegment in our welcoming address at the opening reception, mention in any post-event article about the Provflux, and a handmade artisan gift.

In-Kind Donations

Provflux needs are not only monetary. We will gladly offer the sponsorship benefits above to those who offer in-kind donations equivalent to the cash amounts listed. Donations can include: time, advertising, printing, catering, beverages, rental of electronic equipment, and documenting events on the weekend of Provflux.
